Schedule Changes
All schedule changes are handled directly with the company and NOT through the cleaning technician, who does not have full access to the Proliners Inc. scheduling system. If you want to request a schedule change, contact prolinersinc@gmail.com or call 305-721-9048. Do not contact our cleaning technicians to cancel or modify your appointment.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Our cancellation and reschedule policy is as follows:- More than 72 hours from the start of the appointment = No charge. Service will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
- 72-24 hrs from the start of the appointment = 25% of the service rate will be charged
- Less than 24 hours from the start of the appointment = 100% of the full-service rate will be charged
- Call our office number at 305-721-9048. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST (closed on holidays).
